What President Obama Has To Say About Jay-Z’s ‘Open Letter’

President Obama speaks on Jay-Z claiming to have White House clearance on the song “Open Letter.“   That statement had the internet buzzing! Even the press secretary Jay Carney had to give a response to the rappers lyric.Barack Obama appeared on the Today show to talk about the events that took place in Boston, and he also addressed the Jay-Z situation by saying:

“I wasn’t familiar that they were taking the trip. “My understanding is I think they went through a group that organizes these educational trips down to Cuba. This is not something the White House was involved with. We’ve got better things to do.”
